The Bespoke Process

Reach out by email with as much detail as possible regarding your idea. Feel free to include reference photos, links, or your own sketches!

We will thoroughly discuss your idea, including overall aesthetic, metal preference, gems you wish to include*, budget, and timeframe. Once a clear concensus is reached an initial estimate and deposit requirement will be provided. Not all bespoke requests will be accepted.

If you wish to proceed, enter the Bespoke Works section using the password provided and make the appropriate deposit. A new item will be created, accessible only in the bespoke section, showing the remaining balance. We will reguarly update your item with new progress images and may request your intermittent feedback.

Once your bespoke piece is ready simply add it to your cart and check out as usual. Bespoke pendants will always include your choice of chain and all pieces will ship with a premium, double-layered polishing cloth.

*At this time we do not accept collector-supplied metals or stones for reuse.
